How this video library uses your data
This page explains, in plain terms, what the Fifth Dimension demo video library collects and why. The data controller is Fifth Dimension AI Ltd (company no. 14629178). Our full, governing Privacy Policy applies to everything here; this is a focused summary of this application.
What we collect
- Details you give us — your name, work email and company, when you fill in the access form or the “Contact Sales” form.
- Viewing activity — which videos you watch, how long, and whether you finish them.
- Technical data — your IP address and coarse location (country/region/city) and the page you came from.
Cookies & consent
We set functional cookies to keep you signed in and to record the agreement you gave at sign-up. Viewing-activity and technical data are recorded once you create an account: the sign-up form includes a required agreement to our Terms & Conditions, which cover this tracking. Browsing without an account is not tracked.
Why we use it
To give you access to the demos, to understand which content is useful, and so our team can follow up with you. You can withdraw at any time by deleting your account, which also erases your watch history and searches.
Who we share it with
We store data in Supabase (database) and host on Vercel (which also provides the coarse location). Contact details are sent to HubSpot so our team can respond. These are consistent with the processors named in our main policy.
How long we keep it
Viewing activity and search logs are automatically deleted after 180 days. Your profile is kept until you delete your account.
Your rights
You can access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of your data, ask for portability, and withdraw consent — as set out in our main Privacy Policy (UK GDPR; you may also complain to the ICO). In this app you can:
- edit your name and company on the account page, and
- delete your account and associated data there at any time.
