Terms of use for the video library
These terms apply to the Fifth Dimension demo video library, operated by Fifth Dimension AI Ltd (company no. 14629178). By creating an account (ticking the box on the sign-up form), you agree to them. They sit alongside our privacy summary and our governing Privacy Policy.
What this service is
A library of product demonstration videos showing Fifth Dimension’s software. Access is free and intended for professionals evaluating our products for their organisation.
Your account
You sign up with your name, work email and company, and verify the email with a one-time code. Keep your details accurate: they are how our team knows who to follow up with. You can edit or delete your account at any time from the account page.
Viewing analytics: what you agree to
This is sales content, and we treat watching it as part of a sales conversation. By creating an account you agree that we record your viewing activity linked to your account details, including:
- which videos you watch, for how long, and whether you finish them;
- searches you run in the library;
- coarse location (country/region/city, derived from your IP) and the page you came from.
We use this so our team can follow up meaningfully and to understand which demos are useful. It may be synced to our customer-relationship system (CRM) alongside your contact details. We do not sell it or use it for third-party advertising.
Cookies
We set functional cookies to keep you signed in and to record the agreement you gave at sign-up. No third-party advertising cookies.
Withdrawing
Delete your account from the account page at any time: that removes your profile, your watch history and searches, and stops all tracking. You can also ask us to erase your data (see the privacy pages for contact details). Viewing activity is automatically deleted after 180 days regardless.
Content and permitted use
The videos and everything else in the library are Fifth Dimension’s intellectual property (or licensed to us). You may watch them and share links to this library with colleagues involved in your evaluation. You may not download, re-publish, or present the content as your own, and you may not use the library to build a competing product.
No warranty
Demos show product capabilities at the time of recording; features evolve. The library is provided “as is” and nothing in it forms a contractual commitment about product functionality. For binding terms, speak to our sales team.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies. Material changes will be reflected here with the library continuing to work as described.
