About this video

Lease abstraction end to end: Ellie pulls a new lease package from Outlook, abstracts 78 fields with citations, and writes the approved record to Snowflake.

Full description

A broker emails a new ground lease package (Basil & Vine #4218, Cartersville GA). Ellie finds the email and its five attachments in Microsoft 365, abstracts the lease against the house template (property, tenant, term and option schedule, rent steps), and cites every value back to the page it came from. Nothing is written until the user signs off; on approval Ellie commits the abstraction to Snowflake, where it lands as governed rows alongside every other table. Closing line: enterprise auditability across all your data sources.

Key points

  • Ellie reads the deal straight from the inbox: email plus all attachments, no manual upload
  • Every abstracted field carries a citation and confidence score back to the source page
  • Human sign-off before anything is written: nothing lands in the database until you say yes
  • Approved data commits to Snowflake under the same governance as every other table
