Ellie builds a complete Python-based financial model of the deal and returns a six-sheet institutional workbook: four multi-factor scenarios, every sensitivity, the IC recommendation with a negotiating anchor at 13 percent below ask, and, on a follow-up question, the DSCR covenant break-even by year: revenue can fall 24.8 percent before 1.0x, binding in Year 4 where the loan flips to amortising.
