About this video
A Singapore institution reviews ten operator packs in five languages; Ellie builds the Monday dashboard and Brief, then turns a nine-word question about the red asset into a five-document chain.
Full description
Tessera Asia Holdings reviews the August 2026 packs of the ten direct-reporting assets in its Alabaster Pan-Region Holdings book: seven countries, packs in Japanese, Korean, German, French and English, six currencies. Ellie builds the portfolio dashboard (the whole book, the RAG table, this week's alerts ranked by money at risk, the watch list) and the Monday Brief with every tile cited to its pack, page or cell. One casual question about the red asset, Kakushō Tower in Tokyo, produces the chain nobody had connected: a building controller down since February in a Japanese maintenance log, the electricity overrun and the tenant withholding its service charge, a rating downgrade that arms a 15 per cent rent step-down in the lease, and the loan that matures into all of it. The reply to the tenant is drafted in Japanese and sent from Outlook behind an approval. A second question finds a matured facility behind an amber cell. Every claim links back to the source document.
Key points
- Ten operator packs in five languages read natively, reconciled to the register and the budget, RAG applied by policy
- The portfolio dashboard and the Monday Brief with every tile cited to its pack, page or cell
- A nine-word question about the red asset becomes a five-document chain: maintenance log, tenant letter, rating action, lease clause, loan
- The reply to the tenant drafted in Japanese and sent from Outlook behind a human approval
- An amber cell hides a matured facility the operator's memo never mentions
