About this video
Ellie reconciles a portfolio energy and carbon register against every utility bill and finds the consumption it understates.
Full description
Treverton's Singapore portfolio energy tracker says consumption fell 4.8%. Ellie checks it against 60 electricity bills, the meter-exchange record and the reporting policy: five tracker cells understate by 9,040 MWh, so consumption is 127,680 MWh, up 2.5%, and Scope 2 emissions are 51,327 t, with 94.5% of floor area on actual data. The March board paper needs correcting.
