About this video
A Singapore allocator closes the quarter on twenty asset cashflow statements in seven currencies and five languages; Ellie consolidates them into one cited USD statement.
Full description
Tessera Asia Holdings closes Q2 2026 on its US$14.85bn Alabaster Pan-Region Holdings book: twenty quarterly asset cashflow statements from ten reporting sources in seven currencies (EUR, GBP, AUD, SGD, JPY, KRW, HKD) and five languages, no two templates alike: German DATEV-style exports, a French EPRA-style statement, a Korean statement, a Japanese pack labelled by fiscal year, a USALI hotel summary, a data-centre availability statement. One plain-English prompt consolidates all twenty into a single US dollar portfolio statement at the group's quarter-average rates, with by-asset, by-jurisdiction and by-currency cuts, every figure cited to the statement it came from. Ellie then reads the Korean footnote nobody rekeys: a KRW 2.4bn lease-surrender premium booked inside recurring rental income. Reported, the quarter is up 1.6%; like-for-like it is down 0.8%, and the board-pack headline flips. The consolidated statement ships as a shareable Brief and a formula-driven workbook with the account mapping for all nine template families.
Key points
- Twenty different-format statements, seven currencies, five languages, consolidated into one USD statement from one prompt
- Every figure cited to its source statement: click a number and the statement opens at the line, in German, Korean or Japanese
- The wow: a one-off surrender premium hidden in a Korean footnote flips the headline from up 1.6% to down 0.8% like-for-like
- Ellie rebuilds NOI from components when every operator's subtotal is struck after capex, and separates translation from trading
- The board pack: a shareable Brief plus a live-formula workbook with the account mapping for nine template families
